Musical performer and composer
Hillary Maroon is a New York City-based, performer and composer who works in a variety of musical and interdisciplinary contexts. She has performed for four years with MAROON, an alternative jazz ensemble she co-leads with keyboardist Benny Lackner. Their latest album, Who the Sky Betrays, which features special guest Marc Ribot, was just released on head fulla brains. She was also a member of Caramelize, a rock band that featured Sandra Velásquez, J Why and El Chapulín.
