Challenging Seattle's vagrancy laws, which target homeless youth by making it illegal to sit or stand still on the street, artists Bradley McCallum and Jacqueline Tarry filmed 26 homeless young people standing for an hour each on the same square of sidewalk in performances dedicated to individual victims of gun violence�a statement of civil defiance as well as an act of endurance for those who suffer from drug addiction, health problems, or attention deficit disorder.
